The Firebirds Soccer Club is proud to present the Firebirds D-Squad.  The "D" stands for "developmental". The goal of the
D-Squad program is to teach children skills and techniques that will make them better soccer players in the future. 
The D Squad will meet once a week for six weeks with a professional soccer coach (or trainer) hired by the Firebirds to work with our youth traveling teams.  A licensed Firebirds soccer coach will also be present at each session.  The D-Squad is aimed at boys and girls in the 1st through 5th grades. who may be interested in becoming Firebirds traveling players in the future.

 

The D-Squad experience is the equivalent of a week long soccer camp offered at a fraction of the cost.  The fee for each
D-Squad participant is $25.   All sessions will be held at Lombard Commons on Monday afternoons from
April 28thst, 2008 through June 2, 2008.  3rd, 4th and 5th graders will train from 7:00 pm to 8:00pm, 1st and 2nd graders will train from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.   Space for this program is limited.
